By accessing or using the NorthernCrowd Media Corp. website ("northerncrowd.com"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
2. Services
NorthernCrowd Media Corp. provides street interview marketing, content production, social media management, and brand development services. All service engagements are governed by a separate client agreement signed prior to project commencement.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, videos, and brand assets — is the property of NorthernCrowd Media Corp. and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent. Video content produced under client contracts is governed by the terms of those agreements.
4. Talent Releases
All individuals appearing in NorthernCrowd street interview content have provided digital consent and signed a talent release prior to their footage being used in any commercial or paid media context. Clients receive full usage rights as outlined in their service agreement.
5. Limitation of Liability
NorthernCrowd Media Corp. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services beyond the scope defined in a signed client agreement.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
